Eleuthera Aviation Refuelers (eleuav) works with a selected number of trusted food service companies that meet our standards for national and international cuisine. Our catering co-ordinator oversees all aspects of this service to ensure your enjoyment and satisfaction.
Our services include VIP in-flight catering featuring both Local Island and International cuisine.
Following is a short of list some of the catering items you can request:
- Liquor: Wines and spirits of your choice available on request.
- Trays: Fruit, Vegetable, Cheese, Sandwich and Dessert
- Breads: International breads, Rolls, Bagels, local "homemade" island-style breads and more
- Cheeses: A variety of International cheeses are available
- Salads: Both green salads and fruit salads are available and can be prepared to your specifications
- Fruits & Vegetables: Let us know your choices for fresh fruits and vegetables
- Mineral Waters: Evian, Perrier, Pelligrano, Fiji, Southern Pure, Aqua Pure are all available
- Prepared Meals: American, European and Asian
